An adjacent building to the original 1900 villa, has been hugely renovated. In spite of the location in a historical area of the city, overlooked by the arts council protection, a new terrace with a swimming pool has been opened, made possible by the extremely high quality of its design and construction techniques. The effort for the implementation is balanced by gladness to offer our guests the privilege of facilities common only to few big hotels in Rome. To offer the best experience of this peaceful oasis, the access to the pool is regulated by suitable rules, related also to the urban context, that our guests are kindly requested to respect, maintaining an adequate demeanor.
